Passing ACCA is pretty much like learning to drive — mechanical, once someone shows you how

My goal is simple: help you pass your ACCA papers by actually understanding them, in the most effective and time-efficient way.
I was never an excellent student by conventional standards. I didn't top the class or breeze through exams — I had to work out what actually made the material click.
That's why I understand how much the right explanation changes things. Accounting only has real value when you can apply it — to pass the exam, and to do the job afterwards.
I THINK
"Passing ACCA is not hard at all. It's just like learning to drive."
Learning is not just about understanding but about being able to do. Some say you just need to answer the questions, no theory needed. Others insist you must master the standards first. But why not both — learn the concept exactly when a question forces you to use it?
Most people fail a paper not because it's too hard, but because they memorise rules they never really understood. I believe study should be optimised: focused on the concepts the examiner actually tests, and on doing questions until they're automatic.
ACCA has been made to feel intimidating, which piles unnecessary pressure on students. For me, it should return to what it is: a set of logical, learnable skills that anyone willing to practise can master.
At this little home of mine - this website - what will you learn?
Clear up the common confusions
"I read that you should just do past papers..." - there's a lot of noise around how to pass ACCA. Some of it wastes months. I'll show you plainly which study tips are genuinely well-founded and which are just repeated because everyone repeats them - so you spend your hours on what actually moves your mark.
Test-then-teach method
You answer the questions first, then we re-read the exact line you missed and explain the concept in plain English, with a quick check that you followed it. Built for retention, not for looking busy.
